Due to the nature of our business and the orders we take, food items cannot be returned after delivery and are not eligible for a refund.
If your order arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
If you are not available to receive your order during the stipulated delivery time, due to the nature of orders(food items), your order will be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund.
If you received your order and noticed a missing food item from the order since your order is carefully reviewed by the vendor and courier before delivery your order will not be eligible for a refund. However, do contact us via phone lines or email and we will work to resolve your complaints.
If you cancel a pending order, there is an automatic refund of the order value to your wallet.
If your order is queried due to unavailability of a particular item, you can go ahead with the order omitting that item, and you get an immediate refund of the queried item amount. If you decide to add a new item in place of the queried item, if the amount is less than the queried amount the balance left will be immediately refunded.
Scenario: An order (Plate of rice, Beef, Frutta of 150 Naira) of 500 Naira amount is queried due to unavailability of Frutta, if you go ahead with the order, you get a refund of Frutta amount, and if you update the order with a drink(Pepsi of 100 Naira) of lesser amount you get a refund of 50 Naira to your wallet.
Upon withdrawal of funds from your wallet if you are yet to receive the withdrawn amount due to transaction failure. A refund will be done to your wallet. Please contact us for any other issue with withdrawal aside from that.
